The LAB Market Report is CAHA's bi-monthly monthly newsletter covering stories of interest to LAB Market participants. Subscribers may access issues online. CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS The contract signed between Colin A. Houston & Associates, Inc. (CAHA) and the subscribers to this newsletter specified the confidential nature of the newsletter, including this electronic version. CAHA agreed not to disclose the contents of the newsletter to other than subscribers for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date. The client agreed not to permit the newsletter to be read or used by any party other than employees of the client and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The client agreed to make every effort to maintain the contents of the newsletter as confidential for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date. The client agreed to permit no reproduction of all or any part of the study without CAHA's consent.
